Skills & Experience
About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a Testimonial Specialist who can gather real-life feedback from our customers.
Your mission: bring our products to life through genuine testimonials that showcase the experiences, emotions, and outcomes our customers have had.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to customers and invite them to share their experiences with our products.
- Conduct interviews (via phone, email, or video) and help customers feel comfortable sharing their stories.
- Collect powerful, authentic testimonials that highlight the impact of our products on real lives.
- Craft compelling, relatable, and engaging stories that resonate with potential buyers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with our brand community.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
- A natural ability to engage with people and make them feel heard and valued.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus!
- Strong writing and editing skills to craft testimonials that are both impactful and authentic.
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to turn feedback into compelling narratives.

Salary & other bonuses
Starting salary of - ₦70,000
Free accomodation
We’re offering a starting salary of ₦70,000, and if you live far from Apo Resettlement, no worries—we’ve got accommodation for you! So whether you’re nearby or miles away, this opportunity is open to you.
WORK HOURS
Monday – Friday : 8am-5pm
Saturday – 8am-1pm
